Tuition, Assistance, and Affordability

While tuition at Mackintosh Academy is below the national average for independent schools, we understand that affording an independent school education requires a significant commitment for families. Access to our education and socioeconomic diversity are important to us, and we offer tuition assistance to as many qualified families as possible. Please note:

• Tuition includes all curriculum supplies/books.
• Field trips, including fall and spring extended or overnight trips are included in tuition.
• School supplies are a separate expense provided by families.
• Students in grades 5-8 receive a school-issued Chromebook for use during the school year.

We use Blackbaud Tuition Management. Tuition may be paid in full, quarterly, or in nine monthly equal payments. Please email our Director of Operations, Jessie Aerni, with any questions about Boulder tuition payments.

Lower School K-5th (PYP): $29,938

Middle School 6th-8th (MYP): $31,647

• Full tuition above includes $2,500 deposit due at contract signing
• 4th-8th grade class overnight trips are included in tuition
